John is a PrimeFix gas, heating, and leak detection specialist. He’s Gas Safe registered and qualified to NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating, and he works on everything from boiler breakdowns and new installations to central heating faults and unvented hot water cylinders. Based out of our Borehamwood home base, he covers homes, rental properties and commercial sites across London and the Home Counties.
“Most engineers chase symptoms. I trace faults back to the actual cause, so customers aren’t calling me back out for the same problem two months later.”
