Gas leak detection and safety inspections

A gas leak doesn’t wait for convenient timing. It can start as a faint smell near an appliance, an unexplained hiss near a meter, or a boiler that won’t hold pressure — and it’s not something to investigate yourself. By the time a leak is obvious, the property may already be at risk.

That’s why we treat every call as urgent. Certified Gas Safe engineers attend within 1–2 hours, secure the area, and carry out a full safety audit before anything else happens. Once the source is confirmed, we explain the problem, carry out the repair, and can provide documentation for landlords, insurers, or building management where needed.

Gas Safe on every job

Every engineer is Gas Safe registered, so all work meets current safety regulations from the first inspection to the final sign-off.

We only quote once we know what's wrong

Diagnosis comes first, then a confirmed price before any work starts. No call-out fee.

Same-day fixes where it counts
