Never in my life have I come across a company this professional 👌🏻They explained everything clearly from the start and found and fixed the leak under my shower tray without breaking a single tile. They even put the shower tray and screen back perfectly like nothing had ever happened. Another company quoted me more than double the price, but these guys charged £727 and did an amazing job. Both engineers were amazing.Definitely the best around. Highly recommend.

James arrived promptly on time. Extremely professional, quick and efficient. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Geldon and James. I will definitely contact them when I update my radiators later in the year. Thank you for an excellent service from start to finish.

Chris V was very helpful, and polite, turned up on time, did a thorough investigation to find out a damp patch on the carpet wasn't a pipe leak which was reassuring.

Aleks from PrimeFix found my leak in an area I would never have expected. It took some time and wasn’t a cheap job, but it was a very difficult leak to find. He worked carefully and managed to locate it with minimal damage. Big thanks to Aleks and the PrimeFix team for their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an underground leak at my 88-year-old mother’s property and contacted Prime Fix Group Ltd. The engineer arrived promptly and, after carrying out an assessment, called me directly to explain the issue, the required work, and all costs involved, as he did not want to stress my mother with the situation. Very professional service from start to finish with no hidden fees at all. Everything was explained clearly before any work was carried out. We submitted the report to our insurance company, who recognised Prime Fix as highly qualified engineers. Highly recommended.
