Excludes Commercial Heating & Gas. 1 hour minimum charge with half hour increments thereafter. Payments must be made in full on receipt of invoices. Fixed prices can be agreed verbally or in writing upon request. Invoices are to be paid via our online system. Alternatively, payment can be taken by card over the phone. We do not accept cheques. We do not surcharge for credit card payments. All fixed price quotes require a 50% deposit prior to work commencing. All prices are subject to VAT. Fixed prices can be provided verbally before work commences.
1 hour minimum charge on hourly rate work, then charged in 30 minute units. Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice by credit or debit card. Estimates are generally non chargeable, but some may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, time, and location.
